Vacation 2008 - Day Five 598 Miles

Today we drove and drove and drove from North Dakota clear across South Dakota. Another new state for the kids. Beautiful country. We passed 2,000 Miles for the trip. We stopped at the Corn Palace in Mitchell, SD. The Corn Palace is covered in corn each year. There is a big corn festival each August. We also stopped by Wall Drug, a huge country store.






Tomorrow we head off to Mt. Rushmore.
