Vacation 2007 - Day Ten - NH, ME

Today is was cold and rainy all day. We did go to the Portland Head Lighthouse (opened in 1791. First lighthouse attendent was appointed by George Washington). We toured the little museum and gift shop. We then went to the Len Libby Chocolate shop. They have a 1,700 pound SOLID Chocolate life size Moose. We saw this on the Food Network a while back. The place smelled great. We grabbed some chocolate treats. We are back at the hotel. The kids plan on swimming to pass the time. Maine was still beautiful but, it would have been nice to stand on the cliffs and watch the surf.
